Is Kommo the same as amoCRM?

Kommo is the rebranded successor to amoCRM. If you're setting up a new integration today, Kommo is the supported path — 3CX no longer offers new integrations for the original amoCRM branding.

What's needed to connect Kommo?

Kommo requires OAuth2 authorisation, set up via a private integration in Kommo's settings — WiseCloud handles this as part of setup.

Are calls logged in Kommo automatically?

Yes, calls are logged as records automatically once the integration is configured.
