- Information you give us — when you submit an enquiry, request a quote or check coverage: your name, business name, email, phone number, business address and any message details.
- Usage information — when you visit our website we may collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring source, using cookies and analytics tools.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries and provide quotes, demos and services.
- To deliver, support and improve our products (cloud phone, AI voice agents, WiseSentry, internet and web hosting).
- To measure and improve our website and marketing, including advertising campaigns.

Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and Google Ads, to understand site usage and measure advertising performance. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate, such as our website form processor, email and automation providers, analytics/advertising providers (Google) and our hosting provider. These providers are bound to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us. Some may store data overseas.
Data security & retention
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then securely delete or de-identify it.

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details below. You may also complain if you believe we have breached the APPs, and we will respond within a reasonable time.
