No. Lines and phones are billed separately — you could have 5 lines but only 3 desk phones if some staff use the free mobile or desktop app instead.
The Yealink SIP-T85W is our premium option — a larger 5.5" display, 16 lines and built-in Bluetooth & WiFi 6. The Yealink T33G is a reliable entry-level phone with a 2.4" colour display and 4 lines. If you choose to include desk phones, we require at least one Yealink SIP-T85W as your system's primary handset — you're welcome to add as many Yealink T33G phones alongside it as your team needs.
The Yealink WH64 Mono UC is a single-ear wireless headset for hands-free calling, and pairs directly with the mobile app too — no desk phone required. The Yealink EXP55 Colour Expansion Module adds 78 programmable BLF keys to a compatible phone — commonly used at reception desks that need to monitor and transfer to many extensions at a glance. Because it attaches to a Yealink SIP-T85W, it's only available when you've chosen desk phones.
No. WiseCloud’s cloud phone system has no lock-in contract, whatever combination of lines and hardware you choose here.
