Do I need to buy a desk phone for every line?
No. Lines and phones are billed separately — you could have 5 lines but only 3 desk phones if some staff use the free mobile or desktop app instead.
What’s the difference between the two phone models?
The Yealink SIP-T85W is our premium option — a larger 5.5" display, 16 lines and built-in Bluetooth & WiFi 6. The Yealink T33G is a reliable entry-level phone with a 2.4" colour display and 4 lines — both work perfectly with your WiseCloud cloud phone system.
Can I change my setup later?
Yes. Because there’s no on-site PBX hardware, lines can be added or removed in minutes, and extra phones can be ordered any time as your team grows.
