The WH64 is a hybrid headset — it connects via DECT to your desk phone or a USB dongle, and via Bluetooth to a mobile device, and can stay connected to two devices at once.

5 steps to get it done
Default DECT connection
Out of the box, the WH64 connects via DECT to its charging stand or USB dongle, which links to your desk phone or PC. This is the default and requires no manual pairing in normal use.
Re-pairing the headset to a DECT dongle (WDD60)
If you need to re-pair, power the headset off then on, and hold the power button in the Bluetooth position for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. Then hold the pairing button on the WDD60 dongle for 3 seconds to complete the link.
Pairing to a mobile phone via Bluetooth
Push the headset's power button downward and hold for 1–2 seconds to start Bluetooth pairing mode.
Connect on the mobile device
On your mobile phone, turn on Bluetooth, open the device list and select "Yealink WH64" to connect.
Using both connections at once
The WH64 can stay paired to a PC/desk phone via DECT and a mobile via Bluetooth simultaneously, letting you switch between calls on either device.
Tips:
- DECT is the default and most reliable connection for use with a desk phone — Bluetooth is mainly for pairing to a mobile alongside it.
- If the headset seems stuck on one device, a power cycle (off then on) often resolves connection issues.
Quick answers
What's the difference between the WH64 Mono and Dual?
They connect and pair the same way — the difference is Mono covers one ear (leaving one ear free) while Dual covers both ears for full noise isolation.
Can the WH64 connect to my desk phone and my mobile at the same time?
Yes — DECT to your desk phone/PC and Bluetooth to a mobile can both be active at once, and you can switch between calls on either.
