How to Connect Your Yealink Phone to WiFi

5 steps to get it done
Open the network settings menu
From the home screen, go to Menu (or the settings/gear icon) and find the Wireless Network or WiFi option — on some models this is under More > Settings.
Turn WiFi on
Enable the WiFi toggle. The phone will scan and display a list of available wireless networks in range.
Select your network
Choose your business WiFi network from the list. If it doesn't appear, check you're within range and that the network is broadcasting its name (SSID).
Enter the password and connect
Enter your WiFi password and confirm. The phone will show a connected status once it has an IP address.
Confirm call quality
Make a test call. For the most reliable call quality, a 5 GHz network is recommended over 2.4 GHz where your access point supports it.
Tips:
- If the phone can't see your network, move it closer to your access point and try again — desk phones aren't always as WiFi-sensitive as laptops or mobiles.
- Wired Ethernet is still the most reliable option for a desk phone if a cable run is possible — use WiFi when it isn't.
