How to Set Up and Check Your Voicemail
Your WiseCloud phone system's voicemail can be checked from your desk phone, the 3CX mobile or web app, or remotely from any phone — here's how each method works.
4 steps to get it done
Check voicemail from the 3CX app
Open the 3CX app and tap the Voicemail icon. Tap a message to play it, or tap the three dots next to it for a text transcription, to call the person back, or to mark it as heard.
Check voicemail from the web client
Log into the 3CX web client, click your avatar in the top right, then go to Settings to manage voicemail options and greetings.
Check voicemail from any desk phone
Dial 999 (the default voicemail access number), enter your PIN followed by #, then dial * to play your messages.
Check voicemail remotely
Call the number your WiseCloud administrator provided, wait for the "Please enter extension number" prompt, enter your extension, then enter your voicemail PIN followed by #.
Tips:
- The 3CX app can transcribe voicemails to text, so you can read a message without needing to listen to the audio.
- Don't know your voicemail PIN or the remote access number? Contact WiseCloud and we'll get you sorted.
