How to Reset Your 3CX Web Client Password
Forgotten your password, or just want to change it? Here's both routes.
4 steps to get it done
Forgotten password: use the login page link
On the 3CX web client login page, click the "forgot password" link. An email is sent to the address on your account.
Set a new password
Open the email and click "Set your password", then enter and confirm your new password. This link expires after 24 hours, so do it promptly.
Already logged in: change it from Settings
If you're already logged in, go to Settings > General and click Change Password instead.
Meet the password requirements
Your new password needs to be at least 10 characters, with no spaces, and include at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, one digit and one special character.
Tips:
- If the reset email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder before contacting WiseCloud — the sending address can sometimes be filtered.
- An administrator can also trigger a password reset email for you if you're locked out entirely.
